Hoermann KG is a leading global garage door manufacturer in Germany, exporting their product to over 30 countries. They translate technical manuals and marketing documents into 29 languages.
As one of the global leader in garage door industry, Hoermann KG has high needs in localizing their documents into over 23 languages. They have been working with the trusted translation agency for many years, but the pressure in reducing budget has been the main issue.
The translation is centralized and structured very well by the headquarter, the problems are high translation cost and optimizing the workflow. They highly depends on their translation partner, so it was difficult to manage the whole process by themselves.
